Yamaha YZF-R3 2015 | First Ride | Motorcyclenews.com
New Yamaha YZF-R3 is practical, easygoing and downright fun.
Yamaha’s new YZF-R3 was designed to fill the daunting gap between their popular YZF-R125 and headbanging YZF-R6. If our first ride on the launch in southern Spain is an accurate guide then they have another winner to go alongside the R125.

Yamaha make great bikes and this is a nice new small bike.
it looks fecking tiny, anyone else think so?
Needs larger rear tyre imo for aesthetic purposes…
Need a head-to-head with this and the RC390 so I can make up my mind which
one to go in debt for!

In terms of appearance I just can’t gel with the look of this bike, or some
other new bikes from Yamaha, the front headlights look a bit too square,
the YZF R125 has been given a more plain looking side fairing and a strange
looking nose cone at the front which only decreases the looks of the bike,
the R1 has a lovely body design I’m just not sure if it could be called an
R1 anymore, it is very different from the original in so many ways.
Am i the only one that finds it slightly weird that this bike is about 4700
pound and the r125 is only a little bit less expensive at around 4300-4500
brand new? unless i am missing something here
How do i get a job like this? Just having fun, testing new bikes haha
nomnomnomnom, I Want this one :D
What a great bike. I would love to have one for a change in pace.
nice! yamaha make the most beautiful bikes!
too bad it is not a Triple !!
Personal preference, I prefer the look of the yzf 125.
I’d rather spend a few more hundred pounds and get a mt 07
More bike than most can handle I love when an Inexperienced rider goes for
an R6 or an R1 makes for some funny video’s
NICE
