Been there, done that. At 75 mph, I’m following a friend’s F150 on a
five-hour drive, he hits the tire, goes under his truck comes up at mw at
windshield level with a lot less warning than this guy had, and I swerved
around it, got a real good close-up view from the passenger side window.
The car? A 30-year-old Volvo 144, all stock, lots of rust. 350,000 miles on
the clock
It’s not he car, it’s the driver that saves the day.
