It looks awesome, and sounds incredible. The level of finish and quality on the Kawasaki H2 and H2R is some of the highest I’ve ever seen on a production road bike.

If you want to chase lap times get a ZX-10R, but if you want one of the most exciting road bikes ever built – this is it.

Get the best of biking EVERY day…

I’m looking at getting a H2R for my first bike. Is it a good option?

EletroBoy TV says:

bikes are getting more and more expensives and it all turns to nothing in a
crash. hope suzuki continues to make de old, good and cheap Srad

The Gentleman Biker says:

Awesome! I cannot be the only one giggling like an idiot at the sound of
that thing!

Julie Monroe says:

I’ll be interested to see lap times at various tracks with this vs the 2015
liter bikes.

Your Fast Life! says:

No THAT is more like it folks. ROFL

Ayush Sharma says:

“If you want to chase lap times get a ZX-10R, but if you want one of the

Assuming this is true, using the power of deduction, I will go ahead and
believe that 10R will post faster laptimes with 130 less horsepower. By
extension, that means the handling on the H2R is total, absolute dogshit.
Or am I missing something here?

Evo Shift says:

Who cares? This bike is ridiculously overpriced. The H2 is NOT worth TWICE
what I paid for my new ZX-10 ABS.

Murcuseo says:

Buy one, keep it mint and in 50 years it’ll be worth 10 times that much.

Either that or buy one, ride it for a week and then wrap it round a lamp
post.

Your choice. :P

SpeedDemon Z says:

Butt ugly. Cheesy single swing arm. Wouldn’t want one if it were half the
price, and I can afford it.

The_Infamous_Me says:

I completely disagree on the finish and quality. From my experience it’s
exactly like any other Kawasaki out there, i.e. not up to par compared to
its competitors. I admit I haven’t ridden it on track yet though, but the
feel of the thing is nowhere near close to “the highest .. on a production
road bike”.

Sea Tac Assassin says:

will sell a kidney to own one hmmm i can dig it

Marcio Vidal says:

Hi,
I would like to buy a road sport bike that feels most strong possible and
so, after see this vídeo I have a doubt between the Ninja H2 (with 200 HP)
and the new 2015 BMW S1000RR (with 199 HP). So, I would like to know which
bike feels more strong and feels more punchy: the ninja H2 road bike (with
200 HP) or the new 2015 BMW S1000RR?
Thanks

hung huge says:

I keep wandering what this is really all about. The H2R is track only,
stupidly expensive and about as relevant as suet pudding to most road
riders – not a lot more relevant to most track riders, either thanks to
it’s cost and obvious repair bills if it goes down.
Then there’s the H2 road bike. We don’t seem to be hearing or seeing much
of it which makes it seem very suspiciously like Kawasaki is trying to sell
it off the back of the R which is almost completely different and has half
the power again.
The road bike is heavy – for a SS bike REALLY heavy. It also doesn’t make
anywhere near enough power to make up for that weight.
I think the few road bikes may have some pretty miffed riders when they
can’t get away from the new S1000RR, R1, Panigale or the rest.
Please Kawasaki – do the right thing and give the road version the full
power.

JacquesBeard says:

That bike is awesome, I thought it looked pants when I first saw it and
thought it was going to be crap but I have changed my mind.
Japanese bikes simply are ruder than european ones, if Kawasaki could build
a better looking ZX-10 and Suzuki; a new Gixer like the legendry K5 again
it would be good. I ignore Hondas because I don’t like them.

Liam Crathorne says:

Most talked about bike in ten years….. best thing he has even ridden…..
Quickest thing he has ever ridden…….
But only makes a 2 minute video about it…………..
Come on adam sort ot out mate

Surf Pilot says:

Wow! I can’t even Imagine how it would feel to open that up, yeah it’s a
bit pricey but all that perfect carbon, jaw dropping design and power, its
the Ferrari or Lamborghini of the bike world and there is nothing wrong
with that at all.

Ethanmeister says:

Any onboard footage? Pwease?

Pan CM says:

The fact that they have wings and spoilers to help increase the downforce
suggests the outright straight-line or top-end speed is not the engineer’s
priority. The bike’s weight will never make it fast in tight corners but
the unique aerodynamics will help in faster and long corners, aiding
stability on the straights, at some expense of straight line speed of
course. I think he’s right in saying the ZX10R will post faster lap times.
But who would go for lap times buying these bikes? They’re almost like a
different sort of toys altogether. I don’t think people who crave unique
riding characteristics and have the financial means to buy them would ever
care for getting a ZX10R, S1000RR etc. for that matter.

925boosting says:

People are complaining about the price and how ugly it looks. This bike is
not for the cheap people, it’s people who want the fastest bike without
doing mods. It maybe ugly to some but you won’t get to see the bike when
your racing against it because all you’ll see is the taillight. You can
build a faster bike but all you’ll be able to do is go fast straight.

You won’t have the electronics to put the power down and get traction out
of the corners. If you get the proper electronics for handling and power
delivery, it’s likely you spent at least double what the H2R cost.

ehsan83 says:

So basically you pay 2 times more to get an extra 126hps compared to H2 and
the only thing you are gaining is 22km/h more?

I still can’t figure out what Kawasaki has in mind to convince people to
spend such a crazy amount for a bike that you can’t even ride in the street.

People if anyone has the answer, PLEAAAASE, let me know

zako says:

Faack!!…200-220mph on the straight?

Sean Knight says:

People, people… Calm yourselves on the price thing. I’m sure there will
be a whole group of idiots out there that will buy these, realize either
they can’t actually afford it, it scares the shit out of them or their mom
says ” No Fucking way”

…and then they’ll be up on Craigslist at half the price. That’s how I buy
all my liter bikes.

Knights2theEnd says:

I was hoping for more of an review despite the title however this video was
1000 times better than the shit they posted 2days ago. I like how they are
milking as much views as they can get with all these “Kawasaki H2 and H2R”
videos.

MrSlowestD16 says:

Right, so the H2R is wonderful – expected as much – but what about the H2?
There’s a very sizeable gap in horsepower.

allcartuner says:

It’s akrapoviCH not akrapovik, it’s not that hard to learn how to pronounce
the biggest manufacturer of exhausts, and overall one of the biggest
automotive parts manufacturer in the world.

The Oscar Report says:

Go Kawasaki. Risk and reward. Kawa sounds like they’ve got it right, now

Eric Whittaker says:

I like how he just brushed over the fact that the japs have done 220 mph on
