Oh SHHIIII-Oh my gosh
red car at fault. Stop sign means you give right of way to traffic in
motion. It does NOT matter if the traffic in motion is speeding or not.
They do not have a stop sign and are not obligated to do anything but keep
going. I was involved in an accident almost exactly like this one the 3rd
day after I got my drivers license. I pulled out in front of a speeding
car, only I was hit on the passenger side instead of driver side.
Clearly the guy in the red car is NOT At fault it DID stop and then went.
That truck was speeding.
Red car CLEARLY at fault. You could see that truck coming from a distance,
but decides to pull out when blinded by another vehicle. Idiot. Could have
waited then proceeded. Sounds like a light needs installed there.
That reporter was fired for continuing to report rather than helping these
people and calling 911
Hate to say it but the red car was probably distracted by the camera crew
at the corner.
